July 5—Seattle Fire Paramedics transported a male patient to Harborview Medical Center after he was extricated from a rollover accident along the 4100 block of Martin Luther King Jr. Way South.
The first 911 call came into the Fire Alarm Center at 3:49 p.m. reporting the rollover accident with patients trapped.
Engine Company 30 arrived to find one vehicle on its roof. The driver and passenger were able to get out of a side window.
The driver declined transport after being examined by Seattle Fire Medics.
The passenger, a man in his early 30’s, suffered trauma to his chest and head and was transported to Harborview Medical Center in stable condition. The passenger was wearing his seatbelt.
