SEATTLE – Seattle Fire Chief Harold Scoggins held a ceremony on Aug. 4 at the Joint Training Facility to promote several members of the organization to new positions. Significant others and important mentors helped to pin new badges on those promoted, while department members tuned in via a live stream to offer support. Congratulations to all on their new leadership role in the department!
