SEATTLE – Seattle Fire Chief Harold Scoggins held a ceremony on April 30 at the Joint Training Facility to promote several members of the organization to new positions. The Fire Chief emceed the ceremony, Chaplain Joel Ingebritson opened with an invocation and Assistant Chief Bryan Hastings gave a motivational speech to members of his Operations Division. Congratulations to all on their new leadership role in the department!
